Consulting 101

Consulting should be a positive thing for your dealership.  If your dealership is already in the tank, the challenge of returning to peak performance is quite more difficult than if you see a problem and take a proactive approach to fixing the issue before it becomes a most serious issue.

Reaching out for advice doesn't have to be a negative thing.  In fact, the savvy business person is always seeking more information, more insight, more differing opinions.  Some examples of the type of consulting AFS Dealers, LLC provides are:
