I'm just curious about everyone's experience with using repossessed vehicles for retail units. What is the maximum percentage of repos to first buys should it be on the average. It will fluctuate, of course, but just a ballpark average?
I like the idea of being able to recycle repossessed inventory. It has always been a good way to build inventory and typically you have a good repair history on those vehicles. I think a 70% new to 30% repossessed is a good average to shoot for.
