"Managers must be aware of vehicle inventory time. The longer a vehicle remains in inventory, the more money it costs. Do not over-price cars when you buy them in. If a car has a problem, it must either be repaired so that it will sell, or it must be wholesaled. If you need guidance call your regional manager. Pay particularly close attention to those vehicles approaching 30, 60 and particularly 90 days in inventory."
