Reaching Millennial Buyers

I am sure that you, as all of us, get plenty of emails. And of course, many get canned with barely a glance.  However, recently, I received one that I stared at for a few  minutes just trying to grasp the concept. 

According to an email I received from American Express:

  • 73 % of the Millennials in the US workforce are involved in B2B purchasing decisions

  • Millennials expect their B2B buying purchases to mirror their buying experiences

  • With B2B e-commerce estimated to reach $1.2 trillion by 2021, finding a way to deliver a digital payment solution is going to be key

Whether completely true or not, the time to be able to accept digital payments is here! 

I am curious how many of our readers do not accept debit or credit cards, or other digital payment types?  I do know there are many reasons to be slow to adapt to this change, the biggest ones being the tracking of payments (from bank) and issues with charge-backs.
